We talk through what’s going on, what you want to do next, and what level of support makes sense.
I review the business need and recommend the right partnership level: Sounding Board, Working Partner, or Right Hand.
You receive your scope, monthly price, terms, and any applicable revenue-share structure. Your first monthly payment is due before work begins.
We lock in the priorities, KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and dates — then I get to work.
At the end of the monthly cycle, we review progress and decide what’s next. Your partnership renews monthly unless you cancel before the next cycle.
Monthly subscriptions are paid at the start of each billing cycle. Revenue share, when applicable, is calculated separately based on the agreed tracking method and terms.
