India Hines

Fractional Venture Partner

I help beauty, wellness, and healthcare founders figure out what's next — and turn the answer into something real.

When “what’s next?” gets complicated, that’s where I come in.

Three tiers starting at $500/month · Month-to-month · No long-term contracts

How we work together

Like having an experienced COO on your team — but at a fraction of the cost.

Not buying disconnected marketing services. A real partnership that moves with your business.

1

Figure out what’s next

We start with the business. That may mean reviewing goals, current performance, customer behavior, marketing, revenue opportunities, or a specific idea you already want to pursue. If you already know what you want to build, we start there. If you feel stuck and cannot clearly name the problem yet, that is okay too.

2

Scope the move

Once we identify the priority, I define KPIs, milestones, deliverables, target dates, responsibilities, and what success should look like.

3

Build it

Depending on your partnership level, I either advise you on the next move or work alongside you to physically build and execute it.

4

Review and move forward

We review what happened, what the numbers are telling us, and what the next priority should be.

The fine print

Before you pick a tier

A few details that may apply across every partnership level.

Revenue share

Select partnerships may include a revenue-share component when Hinesight is directly involved in launching a new, measurable, and trackable revenue stream.

Examples

  • · A new product line
  • · A new membership
  • · A new affiliate program
  • · A new storefront
  • · A new paid offer
  • · A clearly attributable retail or sales initiative

Revenue share is not automatically applied to every engagement. It is only used when something new is being launched, revenue can be clearly tracked, and both parties agree to the specific terms in advance.

Detailed revenue-share terms are handled inside the individual client proposal/agreement.

Month-to-month

All Hinesight fractional partnerships are month-to-month. Clients commit to a full monthly cycle and may cancel or change their level of support after completing that cycle.

Flexible payment options available.

Where supported, clients may use:

Klarna.Afterpay

Honest fit

We might not be a good fit if…

Not a gatekeeping list — just a clear picture of how the partnership works best.

You want someone to do absolutely everything for you.

I will work beside you, not replace you. Your involvement, decisions, access, feedback, and follow-through still matter.

You want an assistant or employee.

I’m a partner and external resource. I’m not joining the org chart to wait for tasks.

You only need a social media manager.

My work goes deeper than posting. I can help with strategy, content direction, analytics, templates, positioning, and the role content should play in the business. If you need full-time content production or creative direction, that’s a different role.

You think ChatGPT or TikTok can give you the same value.

They’re useful tools. I use tools too. But tools have limits. A tool can give you ideas, frameworks, prompts, and information. It cannot sit inside your business, understand the full context, weigh competing priorities, review the numbers, challenge your assumptions, and take responsibility for helping you decide what actually makes sense next. If all you need is information, use the tool. If you need judgment, context, planning, and a partner who can help move the work forward, that’s where I come in.

You’re not serious about figuring out what’s next.

You do not have to know the answer yet. But you do need to be willing to make decisions and move.

You expect instant growth.

Some fixes create quick wins. Others require testing, repetition, customer learning, and time. I won’t sell you overnight transformation.

You are unwilling to invest in the business.

I know budgets are real. I built the tiered model because I want experienced support to be accessible. But growth usually requires some investment — whether that’s time, tools, media, technology, inventory, creative, expertise, or all of the above. You do not need endless pockets. You do need a willingness to fund the opportunities we decide are worth pursuing.

You want premium, fast, and unlimited for the lowest possible price.

The tiers exist so we can match the level of support to the budget and protect the quality of the work.
