Meet India
Fractional Venture Partner for beauty, wellness, and healthcare founders.
Across every role, the end goal has always been the same:
That question has shaped how I think about media, customer journeys, positioning, launches, retention, content, and growth.
I don't just want to know what sounds good. I want to understand what actually moves someone to take action.

I'm India Hines — a Fractional Venture Partner who's spent more than a decade figuring out what makes people take action.
My career has crossed retail media, customer growth, e-commerce, brand strategy, paid media, go-to-market, and analytics.
On paper, those look like different jobs. In practice, they've all been the same work: understanding the customer, understanding the business, and figuring out what's next.
Sometimes that means identifying the opportunity. Sometimes it means building the plan. And sometimes it means opening my laptop and helping build the thing.
I've managed significant marketing investments, planned campaigns across retail and consumer environments, and sat in the rooms where brands decide where the money goes and why.
Today, I bring that same thinking to beauty, wellness, and healthcare founders who need a strategic partner and resource in their corner — without necessarily hiring another full-time person.

How I think
Before I recommend ads, content, a membership, a product, a funnel, retail expansion, AI, or anything else, I want to understand what the business is actually telling us.
That means looking at the customer, the numbers, the current offer, what is already working, where people are dropping off, and where the real opportunity may be.
Sometimes the answer is more marketing. Sometimes it isn't.
The goal is to identify the smartest next move — then determine what needs to happen to move it forward.
Strategy should tell you what to do next — and how to move it forward.
Why this work
Founders are usually really good at the thing that made them start the business.
A stylist knows hair. A beauty founder knows the product. A wellness professional knows their expertise. A healthcare founder knows the problem they are trying to solve.
But building the business around that expertise can require an entirely different set of skills.
At some point the questions get bigger:
What should I launch next?
Why aren't people buying?
Should I add retail?
Could this become a membership?
Is there another revenue stream here?
What is happening in my funnel?
Where should I spend my marketing dollars?
Or simply:
What's next?
I enjoy being the person who can step back, look at the whole picture, connect the customer experience to the business, and help make that next move clearer.
The toolkit
Understanding what the business, customer behavior, and numbers are actually telling us.
Figuring out who it's for, why they should care, how it should be positioned, and how it gets launched.
Paid media, content, funnels, lifecycle, retail, acquisition, retention, and customer journeys.
Turning strategy into milestones, systems, launches, websites, storefronts, workflows, and practical execution.
The human side
I've also coached women through career and business decisions, including work with Dress for Success.
That experience influences how I work today.
Good strategy is not only about finding the smartest idea. It is also about helping someone make sense of their options, make a decision, and feel clear about what happens next.
Why fractional?
I built Hinesight this way on purpose.
Not every founder needs — or can justify — another full-time strategist, marketer, operator, or agency.
Sometimes you need a smart person in your corner for one specific decision.
Sometimes you need someone to roll up their sleeves and help build.
And sometimes you need a deeper partner who can stay close to the business.
The tiers let you bring me in at the level that makes sense right now.
They also make the relationship sustainable on both sides. You get experienced support without automatically taking on another full-time salary or oversized agency retainer, and I can protect enough dedicated time to actually do good work instead of promising unlimited access to everyone.
Accessible doesn't have to mean watered down. And sustainable doesn't have to mean out of reach.
Start with The Sounding Board. Bring me in as The Working Partner. Or make me your Right Hand.
Figure out what's next. Scope it. Build it. Move it forward.
My job isn't to walk in with a predetermined answer.
It's to understand what has already been built, identify the opportunity, and determine what needs to happen next.
Depending on how much support you need, I can be the sounding board, the working partner, or the right hand helping you make it happen.
Trust building
Fair. The internet is full of crazies.
